Rental
Your home country driving licence is accepted for foreign nationals, along with a valid International Driving Permit (IDP). Ensure your licence covers motorcycles. Nepalese nationals need a valid Nepalese licence.
No — there is no insurance for rental bikes. In Nepal, insurance companies do not provide coverage for rented bikes. We strongly recommend purchasing your own travel/adventure insurance policy for personal medical coverage before your trip.
A refundable security deposit is required for each motorcycle if original ID documents are not provided. In place of original ID with your detail information, a cash deposit of approximately USD 600 to 800 is required, depending on the motorcycle model.

The deposit is held for the duration of the rental period and fully refunded upon safe return of the motorcycle in its original condition. Any costs for physical damage will be deducted from the deposit.

For exact deposit amounts by bike model or ID requirements, contact us directly.
Absolutely — that's the whole point. Our bikes are set up for Nepal's mountain and highway roads. Popular routes include Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, Jomsom, Manang, and all the way to Upper Mustang. Some restricted areas require a special trekking permit which we can help you arrange.

Please note our bikes are not permitted to be ridden outside Nepal's borders.
WhatsApp us or contact us immediately. We have contacts with mechanics across Nepal's major routes and we'll coordinate a repair as fast as possible.

The rider assumes full responsibility for any damage, accidents, or significant scratches incurred during the rental period, and associated repair costs will be borne by the rider.
A helmet and phone holder for navigation are provided with every hire. Full riding gear (jacket, gloves, boots) is not included — we strongly recommend bringing your own or purchasing locally in Kathmandu before departure. You can also rent gear from our hire gear page.
Yes — hires of 2+ weeks receive a 10% discount; monthly hires receive up to 20% off. Groups of 3+ bikes also qualify for group pricing. Contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
Tours
All guided tours include: the motorcycle, fuel, an experienced guide, basic accommodation (twin-sharing), breakfast, safety gear, 24/7 roadside assistance, and all necessary permits. Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
Absolutely. We offer fully guided tours on the same fleet — with a local guide, support mechanic, accommodation, and most meals included. Check out our tour packages or request a custom tour.
Absolutely. We offer fully self-guided rental packages with detailed route maps, GPX files, accommodation recommendations, and emergency support numbers. We can also set you up with a local SIM card so you're never out of reach.
For newer riders, we recommend starting with the Kathmandu Valley Tour (3 days) or the Kulekhani Short Ride (2 days). Both offer stunning scenery on manageable roads. Once you're comfortable, the Jomsom–Muktinath route (7 days) is a natural next step.
Booking & Payment
For popular routes like Annapurna Circuit and Mustang, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (Oct–Nov and Mar–May). Short valley tours and daily rentals can often be arranged with 2–3 days' notice.
30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
15–29 days: 50% refund.
Under 15 days: No refund, but we can reschedule to a future date.

Tour postponements due to weather or natural events will be rescheduled at no charge.
We accept cash (NPR or USD) and bank transfer. For tour bookings, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Please contact us for specific payment arrangements.
Safety & Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers motorcycle riding, high-altitude trekking, and medical evacuation. This is not included in our packages. We can suggest reliable providers upon request.
We have tours for all experience levels — from easy valley rides to extreme high-altitude expeditions. When you book, let us know your riding background and we'll match you to the right route and bike. All riders must hold a valid motorcycle licence.
