Collect in Thamel

Pick up from JP Marg workshop. Try on everything, inspect gear, pay deposit and balance.

Return & Refund

Return on agreed date. Deposit refunded immediately on inspection. No damage = full refund.

Rental Policies

Good to Know

Deposits & Payments

  • Refundable deposit required for all items
  • Deposit returned immediately on undamaged return
  • Daily rental paid upfront on collection
  • Multi-day extensions negotiable
  • Bundle deposit is NPR 20,000 for full kit

Damage & Responsibility

  • Normal wear does not affect deposit return
  • Physical damage assessed and deducted from deposit
  • Renter responsible for theft or loss
  • Gear inspected together at collection and return
  • No deductions without renter agreement

Who Can Rent

  • Open to all — tour riders and independent renters
  • Passport copy required at collection
  • No age restriction (18+ recommended)
  • Priority sizing for booked tour riders
  • Sizes cannot be guaranteed without prior booking

Extensions & Returns

  • Extensions available subject to availability
  • Early return: daily rate refunded for unused days
  • Late return incurs additional daily charge
  • Return at Thamel workshop only
  • Gear must be clean and dry on return
